Gravlax or Smoked Salmon Crostini

These easy, light and delicious Gravlax or Salmon Crostini will sure have your guests wanting more!

  • 12 pieces of good quality sourdough bread toasted

  • ½ cup cream cheese

  • 1 tbsp feta cheese

  • 1 tbsp chives finely chopped

  • 1 small clove of garlic grated

  • ¼ tsp black pepper crushed

  • Salt to taste


Whisk together cream cheese and feta cheese till it is light. Add in the garlic, half of the chives salt, pepper and mix it well.

Spread the cream cheese over toasted sourdough bread. Place the gravlax or smoked salmon slice.

Sprinkle chives and serve immediately.
